Terms of Service
These terms describe how Smooth Control may be used by organizations, team members, suppliers, and public website visitors.
Last updated: 12 July 2026
Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Smooth Control, including the public website, organization dashboards, supplier portal, secure forms, and connected operational workflows.
By accessing or using Smooth Control, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.
What Smooth Control provides
Smooth Control is B2B software for rental fleet management, reservation operations, supplier partnerships, contracts, communication workflows, finance support, and related operational processes.
Smooth Control is not a public marketplace, travel agency, payment processor, insurer, legal adviser, or accounting adviser.
Accounts and organization access
Users must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activities performed through your account unless caused by a platform fault.
Organization owners and admins are responsible for inviting users, assigning roles, reviewing permissions, and removing access when no longer needed.
Supplier portal use
Where supplier features are enabled, suppliers may use the portal only for legitimate partnership requests, reservation requests, support communication, and related permitted workflows.
Suppliers may access only their own permitted data and must not attempt to view, copy, interfere with, or extract organization or third-party information beyond what the platform explicitly allows.
Customer and operational data
Organizations are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of reservation, contract, fleet, pricing, client, and supplier data entered into the platform.
You must have the right to collect, use, and share any personal data you submit into Smooth Control and must comply with applicable privacy, consumer, and operational laws in your jurisdiction.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, disrupt its operation, or use it for unlawful, misleading, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
- Attempt unauthorized access to other organizations, users, suppliers, or client data.
- Interfere with platform security, rate limits, or audit controls.
- Upload malicious files, scripts, or harmful content.
- Use the platform to violate laws, contracts, intellectual property rights, or privacy rights.
- Reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or bypass intended product restrictions except where legally required rights cannot be excluded.
Integrations and third-party services
Smooth Control may integrate with third-party services such as Gmail or invoicing systems. Your use of those integrations also depends on the relevant third-party terms, permissions, and service availability.
You are responsible for ensuring any connected organization account is authorized for use and that connected credentials are kept accurate and up to date.
Billing and subscription use
Paid use of Smooth Control may depend on billing terms, pricing rules, fleet size, or other commercial arrangements agreed between Smooth Control and the organization.
Unless otherwise agreed, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where Smooth Control expressly agrees otherwise in writing.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service, but uptime and uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, upgrades, outages, or third-party service issues may affect availability from time to time.
We may improve, change, or retire features where reasonably necessary, including for security, compliance, usability, or operational reasons.
Intellectual property
Smooth Control and its software, branding, layouts, documentation, and related materials remain the property of their respective owners, except for customer data that organizations submit into the platform.
You receive a limited right to use the service according to these terms and any applicable subscription agreement. No ownership in the platform itself is transferred to you.
Termination or suspension
We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, misuse prevention, unpaid accounts, legal compliance, or material breach of these terms.
Organizations may stop using the platform and request closure according to their commercial arrangement, subject to any outstanding legal, billing, or retention obligations.
Disclaimers and liability
Smooth Control is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every legal or operational requirement without customer review.
To the extent permitted by law, Smooth Control will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from platform use. Any direct liability will be limited to the amounts paid for the service during the relevant recent subscription period, except where a different rule is required by law.
